Ingredients:
- 15 oz can black beans
- 15 oz can corn
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- juice form half a lime
- 1 large handful cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Drain and rinse black beans. Drain corn
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix.
