Ingredients
- 2 lbs macaroni
- 2 32oz cans of Hunts pasta sauce
- 2 15 oz cans of lentils
- 1-2 onions, chopped
- 1-2 bell peppers, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil
Directions
- Start boiling salted water in a large pot
- saute onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat, stir occasionally
- add pasta sauce and lentils, stir to combine and bring to a boil, then simmer
- Once water starts boiling add mac and cook to box directions(aprox 10 mins)
- drain pasta, add to sauce, stir to combine.
- add back to pot, serve.
